Living in Box makers yard is central to everything!!! 10 minutes to Cabot shopping center /broadmead, restaurants/ bars. Main bus route covering all over Bristol. Temple meads train station 5 minute walk. Lovely cafe/ bakery, sainsbury directly underneath property for your convenience!!!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any problem or repairs have been rectified As soon possible

Outside parking is a issue with double yellow lines..

The cafe under Rosewood is of top quality and the Cabot Circuis is close by with amazing amenities .

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Badly, they didn’t fix the dishwasher when I raised the issue to the team.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Private dining rooms to have gatherings. There are many facilities that the development provides.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I appreciate the vast options of restaurants and cafes around. I also really like how Cabot Circus is very easy to reach by foot.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have yet to raise an issue, but I am sure the staff would be more than cooperative.

nothing. the initial viewing was quite detailed and informative.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I’ve been living at Box Makers for over a year and the biggest pro has to be the location it being a stone’s throw from the station. There’s a sainsbury’s on the ground floor and the bus stops are very close too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond pretty quickly. Sometimes there are outages because of vendora or things outside of managements control.

There’s not much of a community in the building and the gym is very basic.

Bristol offers a vibrant cultural scene, with a strong independent spirit reflected in its music, arts, and food. It has plenty of green spaces, such as The Downs and Ashton Court, and is close to beautiful countryside. However, Bristol’s high cost of living, particularly in housing, can be a challenge. Traffic congestion is a common problem, and public transport can be unreliable.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have positive experiences with the building management at Box Makers Yard, but there have been occasional concerns regarding responsiveness to certain issues.

The central location provides easy access to shops, cafes, and transport links. However, I have noted the presence of homeless individuals around the building, which may be a consideration for potential tenants.
