Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for an easy, convenient flat in the city centre

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location/travel - Amazing for commuting to Bristol city centre. Quick walk to the train station, local cafes and very convenient having a Sainsbury’s in the building. However very long waiting list for a parking space and expensive so would recommend not having a car as public transport is so easy. Not much green space in the local area but would recommend a quick walk to castle park, a train to Bath or a bus to the Clifton downs for some fresh air! Noise - On the top floor we didn’t experience any traffic/construction noise at all and loved how quiet the flat was for wfh and couldn’t hear our neighbours at all. Quite a few homeless people on the streets outside the building but didn’t have any bad experiences with them personally. Views - Really really recommend the top floor flats facing North/East as the views were such a highlight for us (see pictures!)

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Maintenance team responded quickly and fixed any issues easily.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

You don’t need a car as the location is so central and parking is limited and expensive.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is excellent, conveniently close to the city centre. The area is well-connected by public transport as well.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Maintenance issues are addressed promptly. For instance, when our washer-dryer had a problem, it was resolved in a timely manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The private dining room is fantastic for parties and gatherings. I was especially impressed with the beautiful design, elegant tableware and cutlery, and the music facilities.

Noise but Sound proof and well maintained

IB (Tenant)

Verified Resident

Dec 2024

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The environment nearby is busy as there are some road maintenance or construction/changes happening speaking from my time on the property since mid Oct 2024 onwards, which sometimes invites traffic noises from bigger vehicles mostly unloading/moving stuffs. However, the sound isolation is so well of the property, that you will hardly notice it if the windows and doors are closed.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they have responded swiftly, diagnosed and fixed the issue ASAP.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Good: The property is so well insulated, it naturally stays warm during the summer around 20-21.5 degree Celsius. Hence, you might not need to switch on internal heating and thus saving on energy bills. Bad: Parking Spaces are scarce, and might not always be available when required.

Convenient living

Dec 2024

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s really convenient living here. Even though Temple Meads train station is right behind the building, there’s no traffic noise at all. Having Sainsbury’s just a 1-minute walk from the main reception makes life so much easier

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has always responded quickly to any issues I’ve raised. Michal, in particular, has been extremely helpful and attentive, to all my concerns

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Process of booking maintenance through the portal. It wasn’t very clear at the start.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Parking is a slight issue, bin collections are once a week and antisocial behavior is noticable from the train station nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have answered and noted every enquiry that was raised.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The hearing doesn't really need to go on in the winter.
