Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Likes: Location and proximity to transport. Food options are very good. Lots of shops, pubs and restaurants around. Dislikes: Very noisy as St George's Hospital is close by. Therefore lots of sirens during the night.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
New builds are very well insulated. Which is great for winter, however hell during summer.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is perfect, being right opposite Colliers Wood station however noise from the street is almost unbearable as it is close to a hospital there are constant sirens which can be heard through the windows even when closed and high up in the building. Colliers Wood is a great area with great connections to central London and close to loads of shops and also Wimbledon town centre
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known about the heat of the appartments. Also about the noise from the flats.
