Nice area out of the way, no kids hanging about that don’t live here! Enough green space to walk dogs in local area

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not interested as soon as you hit your 2 years anniversary

Get a snagger in to help, best money you could spend to get what you need resolved

As it is a new estate there is limited facilities. The road have recently been tarmaced on our road and after two weeks massive pot holes appeared. The location is fantastic. It is close to the A174 and A19 -A66.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As above. Any issues were resolved immediately. Easy contact and replied to any correspondence very quickly

Make sure you carry out thorough snagging and maybe get a professional to do this for you

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

You have to drive at least a couple of miles to get anything. Nothing within a reasonible walk. So a poor rating

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They haven't. Nothing was the deafing silence. Nada. Zilch.

The noise levels from roads are very bad. The layout of the housing amplifies the sound.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

New development so shops etc very limited. Decent open space but no flat areas for children (dont have any young children myself ).

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Excellent following direct contact to CEO. Customer service team very helpful

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Employ a snag company to inspect the house as the quality checks made by the company are not good enough.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

A lot of cars in the area, which is expected as many people own cars. More access to other places with public transport would be nice.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, all my nagging problems were dealt with within a few weeks and the customer service staff were extremely helpful

The ground charges, as we don’t have anything to maintain outside the home
