The location is very good. 15 min walk to town which is close enough but not too far away. There maybe could be a shop nearer by but it is quiet, transport links are good and traffic is minimal

there is nothing i wish i had known before moving in

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature of our home is the location in relation to the town centre as well as how close it is to Great Bowden, a lovely village just 15 mins walk away

Development is in a really good location, the main town is only a 10 minute walk away. On an evening the development is really quite, can literally hear a pin drop…perfect!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish we would of sent round an independent builder to get their take on the property before purchasing ourselves. Everything looks good at first glance but you soon realise everything is just bodged.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature is the location, short walk into town but far enough away to be quiet an peaceful on a evening.

Short walk to market Harborough centre which is full of shops and restaurants. Parking on every property enough for 2 cars

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the bathrooms would have no windows and that the garden would become saturated when it rained.

What is the best feature of your home:

The layout of the house is excellent and the home is bright and airy.

I have lived marketharborough all my life so happy with where i am close to the town and lots shops restaurants around.. we have a group chat on WhatsApp for our estate and everyone is so helpful and happy to help one another out..

That i didnt have a bath but im getting one installed through occupational therapy
