Away from the hussle of the city centre, Beautuful scenary and really nice neighbours bad part council collect a bin every 2 weeks, during spring summer the smell of manure

Not being lied to by sales adviser I would rather they had a personal touch as we are spendings 0000's

What is the best feature of your home:

The location of the property where it is in a cul de sac area

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is a coop not far from here, the park is nice, parking is okay neighbours okay, not happy about outside building being built so close to my fence back door

Did more research on shared ownership and decided against it.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature I’d say it the front door it a very nice door and a very nice colour. The rooms are also spacious

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We love the area, beautiful views and a lovely village so you get the benefit of the countryside, with all the amenities of a city that’s just a few miles away. Good green spaces in the development. Residents have picked up people visiting the estate in the nighttime checking cars etc. Most houses have parking, however there seems to be a lot of residents parking on the street.

The gardens are poorly done. They are clearly rushed and not done properly, the ground in the back gardens are very poor at draining.

What is the best feature of your home:

Design of the home. We love the layout of the home and are very happy here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I have being leaving here almost 2 years now and didn’t had any problems, whatever small damage or problems they come straight and sorted out for you, layout of the house is really good, lots of choices on material for house, if you are looking for houses without any hassle I would highly recommended bloor homes

All the house layout is different and really nice design and lots of choices

The best feature of the house is view and privacy.

Good access to schools and nice quite area to live. Shops are a bit away from the bushby site however.

The grass if it wasn’t laid properly Bloor won’t do anything about it

What is the best feature of your home:

The kitchen. The bedrooms are nice size. The finish is nice.
