Perfect storm of dreadful managing agent and clueless residents' association

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
This is a great area with the Battersea Park and riverside, battersea power station and good transport links
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very poorly - they are useless and the charges are crazy
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Dealing with Rendall and Rittner is a nightmare and the residents' association is worse

We need a new managing agent and a new residents' association

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There are a good range of facilities locally, especially at nearby BPS. But no gym on site. Rendall and Rittner must go
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No. rendall and rittner are a total disgrace and they are only here because they are protected by Berkeley homes and because the residents' association has wasted 2 years saying (incorrectly) that right to manage is not possible. It is possible as independent advice as shown but only for the whole development , not block by block. The CBWRA have wasted £15,000 of residents' money on a hare brained and failed scheme which they said would be a quicker and cheaper alternative to right to manage
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Berkeley Homes protect Rendall and Rottner at all costs and the only way we can get rid is through right to manage. For that we need a functioning residents' association, not one which misinforms residents and bans its committee from petitions or complaints rendall and rittner

A development which will not be a great place to live until Rendall and Rittner are booted out

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Chelsea Bridge Wharf is potentially a great place to live. Sadly the managing agent, Rendall and Rittner are a total disgrace and have pushed service charges through the roof while supplying an increasingly poor service.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Over 2,200 residents petitioned Rendall & Rittner in 2020 and have had no meaningful response other than Rendall and Rittner trying to get the petition closed (and failing )
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Rendall and Rittner are the pits.

Overall very good location and living experience. Lockdown obviously impacts things but looking forward to reopening.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Traffic noise, local services e.g. school, broadband, GP.
Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:
Larger size, more open layout and better views of the local area.

Likes : Fountains and gardens in-front of apartments, Local shop is open until late hours, Close proximity to Battersea Park, River and city views are stunning Dislikes : Literary every apartment is overlooked, Some neighbours like to keep nocturnal hours, Noice from neighbours who like to go to burger place by the bridge, MANAGING AGENTS,
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would love to know that they will build that glass monstrosity around Battersea Power station when I moved here that completely block the view of it and that many of the neighbours Love to keep nocturnal hours, especially in the summer
What is the best feature of your home:
The view on the river and large part of London including London eye and the Shard
