Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good - 5mins walk to Imperial Wharf station and 15mins walk to Sloane Square. Near a few restaurants and pubs in Imperial Wharf and huge Sainsbury. Also your walking distance to kings Road for further amenities and buses.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The state of the development as there are many things done for developer cost efficiencies rather than good planning
What is the best feature of your home:
The river view Pool Underground car park (you pay extra for this)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There is very little parking if you are a buyer on a government affordable housing buying scheme- feel the managing company rendall and rittner do not take the DMS residents concerns seriously and we are treated as an inconvenience they would rather not have. on the social housing side of the development there is already a drug and anti social behaviour issue, this affects not only the part ownership properties but the whole estate, I have seen what I believe obvious drug deals going on with very little or no interference from "security", many residents now live in fear of violence and the constant smell of drugs in the air.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
that we would have been badly affected by heavy drug use and dealing with very little /no/slow action, how much they despise having had to build affordable purchase properties. the developers hate us and not afraid to make it clear to us.
What is the best feature of your home:
my children have their own rooms, although the layout is basic, 1st year architect student stuff
