Very convenient - loads of restaurants, supermarkets, even a cinema. Close to the tube.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

A minor issue - but sounds and smells (e.g. people talking or smoking) drift up easily from the ground floor.

What is the best feature of your home:

Nice view, lots of privacy, good location, modern finishing

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Quiet on the weekends but has a cinema, pubs and Sainsbury’s around the corner. Really good transport links from both Aldgate East and Aldgate as well as tower gateway if you need dlr.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It’s a good place to boris bike from and it’s a lot quicker than walking.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

Have more natural light as it’s low down, the upper floors get more of the light as it’s a tall development.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like the location and activities to do around and the people are nice on the whole. I dislike the anti social groups of people who don't even live here and theres little drug dealings that have happened.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not to live on the walkway facing side of the building as it can be quite loud and theres some drunk people on weekends. They do have efficient security though and reception deals with a lot.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Can be noisy sometimes when people cross by but quiet inside.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

pretty well as the reception is very accessible and good

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not really theres nothing i didn't know, everything is as expected.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like the convenience of the area but dislike theres no high street.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

the concierge is lovely and they respond quickly often

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

i wish i would've known that the area can be a little loud due to the construction of the building
