Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Mostly a quiet trouble free area. Like to celebrate with fireworks which i adore. A good mix of cultures. A short walk to city centre one way, hyde Park the other. Good local amenities, a pizza take a way, Morrisions and a tesco.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

My microwave and dishwasher and a table failed and all where replaced quickly and with out drama.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That hot water was not charged additionally for I would of take more of an advantage of this!

Handy for the city centre and corner shop. Most things are accessible by foot although there isn’t a bus stop nearby or parking

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Generally fairly responsive to major issues but can be slow to repair smaller issues and often issues with lifts etc

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish they had been more open about the hidden cost of parking before moving in

Local area is conveniently situated for key workers but borders a rough area known for muggings and crime rate.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Mostly timely, will address things if prompted but have forgotten to get on with issues in the past.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wifi not included and bills are subject to change with little notice.

It is a great area and very close to the city centre with a local grocery store 1 minute around the corner. It has close links to travel and doctors. No down sides.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were very responsive. With longer standing issues that were more complex, whilst it was not solved straight away they were always there to listen to my concerns.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would be good to tell prospective residents about the opportunities the flat has for experiences and that the John Lewis company provide for residents.

Close to local shops, good transport options and a short walk into town. Parking is an extra charge within the gates and 2 hours on the street.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They deal with issues in a timely manner. Jobs tend to be solved the next day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The problems with the laundry machines are a disappointment, along with an extra cost.
