Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I really love my local area. It is near so many amenities as well as near city centre, there are so many fun cultural places which hosts events. However that can mean at nights it can be quite noisy outside. I have paid for a parking space but there’s no guarantee that will be parking available which is quite annoying. However, there are places to park around the area. The location is near a Lidl and It’s a short walk to town so I have easy access to the market for my fruits and vegetables and a local African good shop I love (wura food) and butchers as well.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Their response is efficient and effective! I am appreciative for the avions app which makes communication easier.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Moving in to building with no lifts. If you think you will struggle in a building with no lifts, try aim for accommodation on lower floor levels or aim for the building with a lift.

Great place where to stay but could be better in terms of management. Sometimes they are dismissive of key problems

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have not always been very responsive and could be better in finding solutions

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I cannot change the furniture of my apartment and therefore cannot change the bedrooms

The area is great! Everything you need is close by, you’re a comfortable drive from family and friends around Leicester and you get your own private parking!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They reply quickly and have an easy system to raise issues

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had started sorting out my parking earlier rather than later.

The local area is great and has a good mix of bars, restaurants, parks and shops. The location is close to the city centre so it’s very convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management had always been happy to help and quick to deal with any queries.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I recommend having a look around the site before moving in to familiarise yourself with where facilities are. The post room, gym, lounges, roof terrace etc.

The area is quiet however is in a great location that links local life in Hyde Park with the city centre with both being in walking distance from the location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded quick to any issues I have had whether that was in person or via email.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The heating situation of the room and how it long it can take to warm up the room.
