Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There's Morrisons Daily just around the corner as well as a Domino's. Within 15 mins walk you can reach a range of shops like Coop and Tesco express. The downside might be the lack of bus routes. When I need to go to city centre I tend to just walk (20 mins) or uber.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven't had any issues but I heard from other tenants that when they report an issue in the app it usually get fixed very quickly. Most of office staff is very very friendly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Laundry and electricity are quite expensive. Look for rooms with floor to ceiling windows, they are so pretty!

Three years of staying at CQ were enough to know everything about it.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good bin collection, we’re right next to the city centre so literally every single thing u could want is a 10 minute walk away and there are also many options only a little walk away. There are 2 grocery stores within a 2 minute walk.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven’t had many issues, but with the few requests I had, the engineers very quickly came to support with the issue.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
This is my first rental space in UK and i absolutely love it. The one thing that absolutely is amazing about Landrow place is the events that they keep organising- be it a summer party or different workshops! The maintenance of the building is amazing, everything from the lifts to the trash bins area to the terrace is always so clean and hygienic. Brownie points for the location with tesco literally a minute away and city centre approximately 10 mins walk away. There are a lot of open spaces to go for a walk to nearby as well like the canal side. There are a lot of bus stops nearby like water street, charlotte st, great charles which make it accessible for us to travel across from one place to another. The staff is always so responsive and helpful- whether it’s on emails or in person! Overall, I have not had any issues or I dont have anything to mention negatively about this place. It’s amazing!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, the management has always been very responsive of the queries that I have had in the past.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
If I would have known that this place has so many amenities to offer - I would not have delayed my decision and it would have been much easier for me to make the decision.
