Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local shops are poor if you're missing a couple of ingredients for dinner but otherwise location is perfect really close to town everything is walkable however the street is not busy either so it can be quite quiet. Best of both worlds.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All concerns or issues have been completed within 24 hours

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Only minor issue I've had is with the bathroom light being automatic it occasionally turns off whilst in the shower so you have to open the door to get it back on again which splashes water on the floor very minor inconvenience.

Love the styling. Love that it's quiet and laundry on site. Seems to be a lot of water damage. My window doesn't open wide enough and makes my flat too hot

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

maintenance responds quickly, but my window is still goofy

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

there are no convenient buses ....................

A Comfortable, Safe and High-Quality Place to Live

Clarendon Quarter, LS3

Dec 2025

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in this area is generally very convenient and pleasant. There is a local shop just a short walk away, and it takes only around 10 minutes to walk into the city centre, where there’s a good range of shops, restaurants, bars and open spaces. Transport links are accessible and make getting around straightforward. Parking availability on the street is good, and bin collections are reliable. While there is the occasional instance of anti-social behaviour, it’s very infrequent and never within the apartment complex, so it doesn’t impact day-to-day living.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has always responded promptly to any problems or maintenance requests I’ve raised. They address issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring everything is resolved without delay.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I’d known before moving in is just how active and welcoming the community is within the development. It’s a very friendly place to live, and the communal spaces are used more than you might realise from a typical viewing. I’d also recommend getting familiar with the on-site facilities early on; the gym, laundry room and games room are all excellent and make day-to-day life much easier once you know how everything works.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in Clarendon has its highs and lows. While there’s a Morrison just around the corner, it’s a bit expensive than other local stores. Major issue is parking… it’s incredibly expensive, no wonder residents would rather risk parking outside the building. I still maintain the laundry facility is not cost effective. A good suggestion would be 2.50 each for washing and drying.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Selective response to issues raised. You don’t even get a response to mail after two weeks! Terrible

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Expensive parking. It could be cut to a reasonable amount. There’s no point having wasted and empty space while residents risk parking outside. Equilibrium could be reached.
