Brilliant place to live. Great concierge team including Mark and Jess. Always available to help and makes coming home such a pleasure. Great maintenance effort by Kevin. Common areas are always clean and tidy. Nice place to call home.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Great attention to issues raised. On site maintenance team very helpful. Great communication from Mark on all issues raised and Kevin is very skillful and knowledgable on the apartment.

Great location. Helpful team, units are furnished to a high standard.

We had issues from the very beginning of our lease. We paid 6 months advance rent and for the first 6 weeks we lived here our oven/burners did not work..we had black mold in our bathroom…our windows would not close fully. The management were no help at all.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No we had constant issues and only one manager, Mark, tried to help.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We wish we knew how bad management was before we signed our lease.

I have been living here for 3 years. It was a pleasant living experience until the new management team took over last year. They are irresponsible, don't care about the residents, only charge more and more from customers.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I experienced multiple leaks in my room, but management only provided a bucket and claimed they couldn’t fix it. They made no effort to resolve the issue. The team is extremely unresponsive. When my door battery died, they assured me it would be replaced soon, but no one showed up. Eventually, security had to step in and fix it.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It was a good property to live in before the new management team took over. I don't want to deal with them anymore. They don't care about people. This is not the service and room I signed up for.

This area was a good location and a very convenient area. It was become awful, after we had a new Landlord team.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They didn't reply to the email. They always said they write down the issues but never sort them out. They calculate the rents incorrectly. I don't know if they ever accepted any higher education why they could do this job. They are very difficult to communicate with and not polite to the residents.

Nothing. If still under this property management team.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Mostly a quiet trouble free area. Like to celebrate with fireworks which i adore. A good mix of cultures. A short walk to city centre one way, hyde Park the other. Good local amenities, a pizza take a way, Morrisions and a tesco.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
My microwave and dishwasher and a table failed and all where replaced quickly and with out drama.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That hot water was not charged additionally for I would of take more of an advantage of this!
