It is a great area and very close to the city centre with a local grocery store 1 minute around the corner. It has close links to travel and doctors. No down sides.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were very responsive. With longer standing issues that were more complex, whilst it was not solved straight away they were always there to listen to my concerns.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would be good to tell prospective residents about the opportunities the flat has for experiences and that the John Lewis company provide for residents.

Close to local shops, good transport options and a short walk into town. Parking is an extra charge within the gates and 2 hours on the street.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They deal with issues in a timely manner. Jobs tend to be solved the next day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The problems with the laundry machines are a disappointment, along with an extra cost.

Area is very close to the city centre. Nearest bus stop is 3 mins away. On the bad side you pay for street parking or parking spot in the premises.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes it has however, at times it takes a while for an issue to be resolved depending on the severity of the issue

Bills are subject to change without notice, apart from that nothing else.

Really close to work. Quiet neighbourhood. Close to everything you need within walking distance. Parking availitility is good. Spacious parking. Good amenities. Unfortunately some student can be noisy in the building - They often like to throw parties on weekends in The Gardens study room/social quarters, despite having their own social rooms.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick response. e.g. Washing machine broke - immediately replaced in few hrs. Leakage in hallway, dealt with quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One of the driving gates is closed and has yet to be fixed. Some parking spaces are a lot smaller than others.

Good location, walking distance into the city, close to univerisity and hospital. secure safe patrolled parking is great. local shop just around the corner is very handy, park at the top of the road is great for running/walking.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Had a leak from the waste pipe beneath the sink, and it was sorted within the day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Mobile signal is not great at times, but just have to be in the right position in the flat.
