The flats are nicely designed, however with a cheap finish. Lifts, communal toilets, air-conditioning in gym often broken. The flats have a lot of flaws on their own as well; leaking showers and dishwashers, noisy sockets and fridge, ventilation system questionable. There's no onsite maintenance team available, the contractors have to come here from the North, which leads to long waiting time for repair works etc. The onsite team is nice, however the property manager is often not very helpful, and inquiries for repairs etc are often not followed up. Disproportionate increases of rent every year, with no fixed rate for increases across the building during the same time period with no proper justification. Windows haven't been cleaned for over a year, and after the cleaning the windows are still partly dirty. Bin area often overflowing with waste.
