Great location and the property looks fantastic. Clean in the main areas just the car parking which is filthy with Xmas tree in the stairwell since December and urine from dogs everywhere

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When I did have a problem it was resolved but this was when I first moved in when things were quiet and was more manageable.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The staff turnover being so high. Even had one staff member knock on my door at 3am and then realised he got the wrong apartment ..

The local area is great, very central yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle. You have Victoria train station only a 5 minute walk away to connect you further afield and out the city. If you have a car there is parking at Cortland or several secure car parks close by too. The best thing is although you are in the city there is no major noise which is an added bonus!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes absolutely, this is always done in quick turnaround too and nothing is too much to ask, the team are always willing to help and resolve any problems or issues you may have

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish we viewed the property in person and chose a city facing apartment that would’ve the only thing that would top our experience off here!

Just a little far from local trams, but nice to be close to Victoria. Good food nearby at malls and stuff

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly, but not always efficient. I had issues with a leak that took too long to fix

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Better understanding of the mobile portal, maybe a walkthrough?

Fantastic location only a short walk from Victoria and the town centre. Fairly quiet location with a couple of small shops nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yea, although only minor issues so far so not much to comment.

It would be good to know more about the amenities.

Access to transport and local establishments is great. Ongoing construction in the area is disruptive and noisy. Secure parking is limited.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management it's typically very responsive and the maintenance team are great.

Length of time for processing applications is very drawn out.
