Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very good positioning, close to several stations. Faulty fire sistem, cctv not working, cleaning not being made all the time.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responded to issues, the majority of issues has been solved, however, cctv never work when cars were vandalised.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I would known that building a gym on site was a lie!!!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very good variety and good parking availability. Crime rate is very low. Traffic noise can be a bit upsetting.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Nothing they can do, always saying that as we are leaving.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the LLR timeframe would not be respected and that we would need to leave all of the sudden.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is very good as you can find everything you need here: supermarkets, dry cleaners, pharmacies, library, gym, a couple of parks, nurseries, school, etc. Everything is in close proximity to County House. You can either go to Penge, or Beckenham High Street. Also, there are two stations within 5-10 mins walk from the County House: Clock House and Kent House.
