Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is perfect - DLR station and a short walk to New Cross gives a really good commute. There are plenty of buses and the bus stop is right out of the building. There are all the necessary shops with a short distance of walking: Asda, Tesco, Coop, Deptford Market. Plenty of bars, restaurants and local shops which provide fresh vegetables and fruits every day. In the area of the building, there is a nice park where you can exercise which is a nice benefit of having some nature around. There are few kindergartens and facilities for kids.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always! They are super helpful and friendly! They took it seriously when I complained once about a noisy neighbor. They solved the problem in a way that everyone was happy.

To be honest there is nothing that I wish I knew before. Before moving in I've checked everything that's important for me in the development. There is one thing that nicely surprises me. The web portal for tenants. I found it super useful buying/selling items between tenants, general information from the management

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Originally the area lacked varied entertainment, but much change has taken place since the Distillery was developed by Galliard Homes. There is now an abundance of bars and restaurant, and the new Seager Gallery.

What is the best feature of your home:

Terrific views, wide hallway, in a great building, full of interesting and energetic people.

I like the park close by it’s nice for me and my girlfriend. I dislike the noise that comes from it since my apartment is facing the park too.

Parking is difficult for council.

Right next to deptford bridge! Brings in a lot bugs and we’ve had mice before since were on ground and we live facing the park.

I still have to wait for permit for parking and I’ve requested a long time ago

One if the higher flats but that’s out of hand really.

There’s a few local shops near by and good picks for online food delivery near by
