Close to a sainsbury for last minute groceries, a nice bar for a drink and a comedy club for a laugh

We had a clogged drain and they fixed it promptly!

great place to live as a young professional with Excellent Facilities and building Management!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area offers a diverse range of shops, restaurants, and bars. The flat is 3 mins walk from Rainbow row, 15 min walk from broadway market and columbia flower market. There are also several open spaces and parks nearby, like bethnal green gardens and weavers fields. Transport links are convenient, 2 mins from bethnal green overground, 4 mins from underground and 7 mins to elizabeth and distict line in whitechapel. Living on our street is generally peaceful, making it a comfortable place to reside. The only drawback is the railway noise and frequent ambulance noise but this is normal for london.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

our laundry machine broke down and it was replaced next day. Also, after 2 years living in the property we were offered a bigger sofa.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how active the local community is. There are frequent neighborhood events and gatherings, which are great for meeting new people and feeling part of the community. On the downside, the railway noise can sometimes be a bit challenging during the summer when we keep the windows open.

Great London Location

E Smith (Tenant)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is great, there is a lot of life about but the building is very safe and secure. Bethnal Green is a great location and it is also then easy to get to Victoria Park, Brick Lane, Shoreditch and the Columbia Road Flower Market on Sundays.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, the team always acknowledge any emails sent and then respond quickly with updates.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The trains do take a bit of getting used to, but you get used to it quickly and then it isn't noticeable. It is definitely better than having a main road next door.

It's not a place to live, it's a lifestyle.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Dressage court is a delight. The staff are very helpful, there is a lot of amazing places close by (esp. Three Colts Tavern, The Sun Tavern and Satan's Whiskers). You are in the middle of East London with very good connectivity throughout the week and weekend whereas in west you rely heavily on buses in most areas come the weekend. The flats are beautifully designed, warm in the winter and breezy in the summer.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Sorry i think i more or less covered this above but rapid when there was anything wrong and so rarely is given teams are so good at maintaining the building.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Very minor but a little dark in the day without lighting. Everything else was shared ahead of time, for example it seems like you guys read these and try to at least assure we are aware as they did say the ventilation for cooking wasn't the best and you might have to open a window if cooking on the hob. that being said they are easy sacrifices as you have the rooftop for light and the shared kitchen for any intense cooking :)
