Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Earlsfield is a good area as close to both Clapham and Wimbledon so easy to get to big green spaces. Overall high street has some nice local shops such as butcher, dry cleaner etc.. nice couple of pubs as well. Probably one too many real estate agents and average nail bars at the expense of independent coffee shops, grocers and restaurants. I’d say that bin collection sometimes appears to be an issue, with bin men leaving some trash behind sometimes ( Wandsworth council side not Merton it appears). Although close to the railway I am not disturbed by either train or traffic noise at all. Huge plus for me is the Wimbledon Farmers Market on Saturdays.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have yes, even though both I and my neighbours had to prompt several times on some occasions.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing- someone moving in now wouldn’t have the teething issues I’ve had I suppose. If anything I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the area.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is perfect for families or professionals. Close to different hotspots. 10 min to Wandsworth and Clapham, 2 minutes from the train station in Earlsfield. There is a friendly farmer market every Saturday morning and Wimbledon park is 15 min walk distant.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded but very slowly. They are finally managing everything better after a few months

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would have checked parking rules first
