    Overall good, some shortcomings

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is a train station to central London that is about a 12 minute walk, which is good. Bin collections do not seem to be very regular and sometimes the rubbish room is overflowing. The walk to town is about 15 mins, with a supermarket and some shops. Little to no traffic noise, there is a nice park area but it has been closed off for some reason all summer which is a shame.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They’ve been helpful with my concerns and passing me to the relevant people to fix things e.g. boiler company, although the actual companies that were suppose to fix things didn’t come when appointments were arranged

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I would’ve considered the distance from shops, as a 15 minute walk is longer than what I’m used to.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This is a new development that is in good walking to most amenities such as the train station, shops and the town centre is about 20 mins away by foot.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have. They weren’t actually the quickest.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Make sure you get a surveyor inspection done.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Poor range of shops, restaurants and especially parks and green spaces in general. Good transport links from Slade Green station with a 35 min commute to London Bridge. In terms of the surrounding areas: -Good sized parking spot. - terrible bin collection. They are not always being collected and the smell lingers all the way into the block.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not applicable as not raised any issues as of today.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The the building works next door were going to carry on for a further 5 months from my move in. The noise and dirt level was quite distruptive.

Beautiful home in a family friendly community

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is easy access to erith shopping centre which has variety of shops and restaurants. 7mins walk to sladegreen train station and 5mins walk to local bus service. Beautiful street and well lit, off street parking with good bin collection however there is noise in the morning due to building work and antisocial behaviour from the neighbouring street. Overall is a good area

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Initially the response time was excellent but I have reported a lick for more than two months now and am being passed from one contractor to another it is pathetic ?

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how easy it is for some group of young children who have easy access to the estate from the settlement behind who comes in and steal, make noise and behave badly although it would not have stop me but it would be good to know
