Great location in heart of Greenwich by the river - easy access to Greenwich park, local shops, bars

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very good and timely, all issues were resolved to good quality

Wish I bought two bed with a river view

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Love the area - for me and my partner it’s ideal as he gets the train to work from maze hill station and I go to North Greenwich - it’s about 15 min walk for both of us. And then we have the beautiful views along the river when we go out for a walk. My only dislike of the development would be that sometimes you can hear other neighbours when they are on their balconies and my windrows are open - but I guess this would be the same anywhere where you have neighbours!

What is the best feature of your home:

Quiet - can’t hear neighbours. Location - along the river Standard of build - great appliances and under floor heating Gym access and concierge

Enderby Wharf is located by riverside in Greenwich. Its 15 min walk distance to Greenwich town with its variety of shops, restaurants and pubs. There are good options for transport links here: DLR from Cutty Sark, Jubilee line from North Greenwich, Maze Hill overground train.

Service charges!!!! That can increase if property management company decides so.

The design of the flat is not quite perfect. And by that I mean the shape, is a bit awkward, but its small, maybe thats the reason.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love living at Enderby Wharf! Not only is the development in zone 2 - quick commuting into London - but it's also positioned right next to the Thames, a scenic river walk is on your doorstep. More restaurants and grocery shops have recently opened which is only adding to the appeal of living here.

Busses get quite busy during peak times which can make the commute slightly longer in the morning

To have a separate bath and shower rather than a combined one

Some lovely walks, pub and restaurants around the area

The the development is a bit of a bodge job, and had issues fixed before we moved in

What is the best feature of your home:

Lots of cupboard space, and a great layout. A very light property
