Great location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Expensive parking outside but relatively safe albeit slightly loud at night some evenings.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they are prompt. We had a few issues and most were handled quickly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Always keep the flat clean and tidy as it gets dusty easier. It also gets very hot in the summer as the windows don’t fully open

It’s a great building is a really good location. Very close to lots of shops and restaurants and feels very safe

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have are were very helpful with whatever we needed

Parking situation and how much it costs to park within the flat

Very good area with lots of local amenities nearly by. Good transport connections as well. Lots of parking

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

once I have raised issues with the flat it has taken a while to get a response / someone to come in to look at the issues. With some issues not even being resolved and me having to chase. I get a message on the day to tell me someone could look at it today when I am not there which makes me annoyed

Very close to the centre, nice location to shops and parks. Parking is easy and it’s generally a lovely area. MK gets a bad rep but it’s fine!!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t raised any yet but they have been supportive in encouraging questions without hesitation.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

lots of storage throughout, utilities are all managed and easily accessed. wifi is easy to connect and private. plenty of plugs. Rooms can get warm but the doors are good are airing it out.

Really lovely development! Great transport links and close to the central shopping centre. Lots of parking availability too.

Really good and extremely helpful at the front desk

Lots of parking - don’t need a permit at all. Super for any visitors
