Perfect riverside location with Gazette Brassiere for those morning coffees and a co-op a couple of minutes away.

Just wish I had known about this development earlier as it’s so much better than it’s newer neighbours.

What is the best feature of your home:

Lovely large rooms with river views from each room.

I like that there is good transport links and it is close to the station. I dislike the building work.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been slow to respond to issuse that have been raised.

There is not anything I wish I had known before midnight moved in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like that there's easy access to West London and that the area is relatively quiet. I Dislike the lack of shops in the area and that there are too many flat's

There was not anything that I wish I had known before I moved in.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature would have to be the amazing view.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Sometimes you feel unsafe at night walking home. The hotel is good but it does attract rowdy guests that cause trouble sometimes. Location is great.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The elevator constantly breaks and is awful. The hotel was building on the top floor and the builders were using the lifts and so they would breal. They are often broken for months at a time.

What is the best feature of your home:

The view and the proximity to the water is the best feature.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like that its not too central and there are good restaurants nearby. The proximity to the river is also great. I hate that Clapham is often in the news due to stabbings and crime.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I am yet to contact building management as I have not had any issues.

There is not anything I wish I knew before midnight moved in.
