Epsom has a good range of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants, offering convenience and variety. Open spaces and parks nearby provide great spots for walks and relaxation. Transport links are reliable, with frequent trains to London, though peak times can be busy. Parking is manageable, and bin collections are efficient. The area is peaceful with minimal traffic noise and no major anti-social behavior, making it a pleasant and safe place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Rogan and Michel have been incredibly attentive to every request, handling issues with great care and professionalism. Their support makes us feel truly valued, ensuring our happiness and well-being. Their dedication creates a welcoming and comfortable home for us.

Fizzy Epsom is a great place to live with a welcoming community and excellent management. The building is well-maintained, and any issues are quickly resolved. The nearby parks are great for walks!

I think very convenient at here, near theEpsom,Railway station,bus stops,Tesco express,and city center.

Understand the situation as soon as possible, inform the solution and related service time, and solve the problem efficiently.

Convince and safety, Rental issues and housing quality and apartment management.

There are many advantages to living in Epsom, however the most important one is that I have my university as far as 10 minutes walking from Fizzy Epsom. The town has many shopping options, including high street names, a busy shopping mall, and a weekly market. The open spaces and parkland are very convenient for families with kids and pets. There are also very prestigious schools and colleges like Epsom College, Kingswood House, and Rosebery School. Epsom has excellent transport links into London and the Surrey Hills, allowing you to get to central London in 40 minutes. It is an affluent area with a good quality of life, including good health, long life expectancy, and positive levels of employment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Outstanding work both Michel and Rogan. They both have transformed Fizzy Epsom in the place it is today. Always available, friendly, approachable, just like family. No request is too small, always happy to assist, and they do in a prompt and professional manner. Management at Fizzy Epsom is a top reason for renewal.

Whether the building from the outside looks nothing but a regular place, the experience is inside, where you find a place where you feel valued, appreciated, where things really matter to the team and your experience as a whole is memorable.

Easy access to superstores, restaurants, pubs and everything that you'd like to find on a high street.
