They have always responded promptly to all the enquiries raised irrespective of the issue.

Perfectly located right next to Epsom station with Tesco and Co-op on the same road, and the high street a couple minutes walk with all the restaurants and shops you could want. The Ashley Centre is going through an upgrade, with new stores being added.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they always respond really quickly and keep me informed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Really great location, however that means that the night-time noise from Station Approach can be alot. Double glazing helps, and you do get used to it.

Epsom is a quite good town where you can find many restaurants and facilities almost in stone thrown distance. Living in Fizzy is a great comfort that you re just 30 foot away from the Epsom train station and the town centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been responsive and proactive whenever issues have arisen. They handle problems promptly, whether related to maintenance, communal areas, or utilities. For example, when I reported a minor plumbing issue, they arranged for repairs within 24 hours, ensuring minimal disruption.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Knowing about any future plans for construction or developments in the area that could affect noise levels or access would have also been helpful

It is a family friendly area with a lot of playgrounds and parks but also it has all the amenities like restaurants, ashley center for shopping, gyms, classes,etc.. and it is also just 40 minutes to Victoria by train

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I did not have any issues at all but i had couple maintenance requests and they responded within the same day !!!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We have a games room with table tennis, pool table and other stuff where you can enjoy a fun night by yourself or with your neighbours
