Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Hayes is a very diverse area so I enjoy living here. The development is less than a minute walk to the high-street where you’ll find a local Tesco, CoOp, three gyms including a climbing gym and leisure centre with a pool, pharmacies, salons, beauty places and grocery stores selling fresh fruit, veg and ethnic food items. There are also two churches and a mosque 10-15 min walk away. The train station is a 6 min walk away. It’s a relatively quiet development with low traffic as it’s on a one way street and there’s plenty of underground parking. A new local cafe opened up serving sandwiches and good coffee about 4 mins away, but within the development area. Really accessible and great place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly, professionally and with a lot of kindness. It’s never your fault which is a breath of fresh air as a tenant, they just want to work with you to get it fixed!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing really, the process was very informative. If I’m honest, it’s better than is described on their website. I got the apartment and paid before even seeing it - that’s how reassuring and quick the process was!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location couldn’t be better . Everything I need is within walking distance, from supermarkets to gyms, and being so close to Hayes & Harlington station makes commuting a breeze. The Elizabeth Line has made getting into central London so quick and easy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

From the moment I moved in, Sajid has been incredibly welcoming and helpful, making sure that any issues I’ve faced were resolved quickly and smoothly. For example, when my washing machine broke down unexpectedly, I let Sajid know, and he had someone sent over to fix it within hours. He even followed up afterward to check if everything was working properly and if I needed any further assistance. It’s this kind of proactive and thoughtful support that sets him apart. Another time, I had a problem with my heating during a cold spell, and Sajid personally came over to make sure it was sorted out the same day, ensuring I didn’t have to wait.

Perfect place to live in Hayes!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is perfect with the Hayes station near by. It has the Elizabeth line which is very convenient. The area has an Asda, Tesco, Co-op and the high street is at a walkable distance. Sajid gave us a thorough tour of the property and a good idea of the area around which was very helpful while moving in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All my maintenance requests have been resolved within 48 hours. I always call Sajid and he responds to me in no time, and helps us resolve the issue asap. A special shoutout to Sajid who is always happy to help us out.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is nothing as such. And there are no complaints, in fact i am happy that we decided to move here.

The property is very close to the Hayes Station which is great. It was recommended by a friend who lives here. Sajid from the team showed me around, and helped me clear all my doubts very patiently. I was new to the area but Sajid explained every aspect of the area (good & bad), so I was very well informed before I made my decision to move.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven't had any maintenance issues yet, as the apartment is in very good condition. But I see the maintenance guy around all the time in the property, so I am sure the team will help me out if at all I have any issues with repairs.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I have been in this area before, so I was sure about this location. And as mentioned above, I love this property so I have no complaints or regrets. In fact, I am thankful to my friend who introduced me to this property and also Sajid who made this process so easy.

Local area of Hayes is amazing, great public transport service for buses and trains with Elizabeth line service, great schools and parks for kids, wide range of restaurants and local shops with a good list of supermarkets around the area..

Quick and very efficient response to any maintenance requests we have submitted.. All maintenance request completed within 1 day
