Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Hayes is a very diverse area so I enjoy living here. The development is less than a minute walk to the high-street where you’ll find a local Tesco, CoOp, three gyms including a climbing gym and leisure centre with a pool, pharmacies, salons, beauty places and grocery stores selling fresh fruit, veg and ethnic food items. There are also two churches and a mosque 10-15 min walk away. The train station is a 6 min walk away. It’s a relatively quiet development with low traffic as it’s on a one way street and there’s plenty of underground parking. A new local cafe opened up serving sandwiches and good coffee about 4 mins away, but within the development area. Really accessible and great place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly, professionally and with a lot of kindness. It’s never your fault which is a breath of fresh air as a tenant, they just want to work with you to get it fixed!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing really, the process was very informative. If I’m honest, it’s better than is described on their website. I got the apartment and paid before even seeing it - that’s how reassuring and quick the process was!

Local area of Hayes is amazing, great public transport service for buses and trains with Elizabeth line service, great schools and parks for kids, wide range of restaurants and local shops with a good list of supermarkets around the area..

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick and very efficient response to any maintenance requests we have submitted.. All maintenance request completed within 1 day

Modern Fizzy buildings and apartments .Very good transportation ,it takes me only 10 minutes to walk to work !What could be better? Around ,there are restaurants ,hair salons, bakeries, a station ,gym ,terraces !The neighbours are wonderful and friendly !

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management respond you immediately without any long waits .If I write message to Inga ,she always has an answer for me and ,if needed ,she always helps me !Thank you Inga

Living in Hayes has its perks and challenges. On the positive side, there’s a solid selection of shops and supermarkets, ranging from well-known chains to charming independent stores, making daily errands convenient. Restaurants and takeaways offer a good variety of cuisines, though options for dining out at bars or traditional sit-down restaurants are a bit limited. Parks like Barra Hall and Lake Farm Country Park are great for outdoor activities but tend to get quite busy on sunny weekends. Transport links are a standout feature—Hayes & Harlington station provides excellent connectivity via the Elizabeth Line, making it quick to reach Central London or Heathrow Airport. However, traffic congestion during peak times can be a bit of a headache. The neighbourhood is generally peaceful, though occasional noise from nearby roads can be noticeable. Parking spaces are somewhat limited, particularly for visitors, and while bin collections are mostly reliable, occasional littering in shared areas can be a frustration. The area itself is diverse and friendly, though, like many urban settings, there are occasional incidents of anti-social behaviour, which the council actively works to address.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team here is second to none. They respond quickly and effectively to any issues, always ensuring residents feel supported and valued.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There’s not much I wish I’d known before moving in—everything has been even better than expected. To anyone planning to move here, I’d say: embrace the amazing facilities, the friendly management, and the community spirit—it’s a fantastic place to live!

Great location. Just a 5 mins walk from the Hayes station and a large Asda. A small co-op is a min walk away. A gym being built on the property and two gyms on the way to the station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Immediate response from building management and no issues faced whatsoever with building management team!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing. I was told everything about the property from the fizzy team and no surprises, good or bad, came my way!
