Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Hayes is a very diverse area so I enjoy living here. The development is less than a minute walk to the high-street where you’ll find a local Tesco, CoOp, three gyms including a climbing gym and leisure centre with a pool, pharmacies, salons, beauty places and grocery stores selling fresh fruit, veg and ethnic food items. There are also two churches and a mosque 10-15 min walk away. The train station is a 6 min walk away. It’s a relatively quiet development with low traffic as it’s on a one way street and there’s plenty of underground parking. A new local cafe opened up serving sandwiches and good coffee about 4 mins away, but within the development area. Really accessible and great place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Quickly, professionally and with a lot of kindness. It’s never your fault which is a breath of fresh air as a tenant, they just want to work with you to get it fixed!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing really, the process was very informative. If I’m honest, it’s better than is described on their website. I got the apartment and paid before even seeing it - that’s how reassuring and quick the process was!

Great property, location is really good in terms of distance to train station, the team is very helpful specially Sajid.

They always responsive and answer queries on time.

The area has a good range of local shops and restaurants, offering convenience and variety. There are also some pleasant open spaces nearby, which are great for leisure and relaxation. Transport links are reliable, making it easy to get around, although occasional traffic congestion can be an issue. The street itself is generally peaceful. Bin collections are regular and efficient, and parking is usually manageable. Overall, the location balances convenience and comfort well.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been prompt and efficient in addressing any issues raised, ensuring solutions.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Before moving in, it would have been helpful to know how quiet and peaceful the area is, which really enhances the living experience. The nearby shops and transport links are incredibly convenient, making daily life much easier and more enjoyable.

You can find all you need in the vicinity, within 1-10 mins walk, all the big name grocery stores, restaurants, and train/bus stations, etc.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I moved in 3 months ago, so far no problems or issues (finger crossed). I had an ask to move some furniture out, which the team responded promptly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing really. All communications before, during, and after the move in are very clear (thanks again Sajid). Of course, you have to do the typical online researches (reading this!), walk around the community during day time and night time. However, one thing you wouldn’t know even done all that is, the NHS medical centre nearby (~7 mins walks) provides very good services 👍🏻
