Incredible spaces, the people are so lovely from staff to fellow neighbors. I have met so many people and we spend time together during events

No issues. lifts get fixed asap and bins get emptied weekly

I didnt know about events and it was a very pleasant thing to discover!

It's very near Clapham Junction and all its amenities. I also love being right next to the river its very nice for walks and to watch the sunset. The area seems safe.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

N/A as I only moved in yesterday but I think they sound responsive.

I actually think I was told everything. There were no surprises.

Location is good. Well connected and local services around is also very convenient. Although the neighborhood feels a bit not safe for me in the evenings.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded quite quickly but some of my repair reported didn’t get resolved.

Repair seems a bit slow. The water supply went out for twice when we first moved in.

Living in Battersea at Florence Dock is a delightful experience. The area offers a unique balance of tranquillity and urban convenience. The location feels incredibly safe, with Battersea Park nearby, providing beautiful open spaces to unwind. While Clapham Junction’s vibrant shops, restaurants, and bars are a short 10-minute walk away, the journey is pleasant and part of the charm of exploring the area. Public transport links are reliable, making it easy to connect with central London. Overall, it’s a fantastic area for anyone seeking a peaceful yet well-connected neighbourhood.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team is incredibly responsive and proactive. Any concerns raised are addressed promptly and efficiently, with clear communication throughout. Their dedication to maintaining high standards makes living here stress-free and enjoyable.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Honestly, there’s nothing particular I wish I had known beforehand. The experience has been exactly as promised, if not better. From the excellent facilities to the welcoming community, it’s hard to find anything I would change.

I love the neighbourhood and the close proximity to the river Thames and lovely pathwalk that I can cycle on to Wandsworth, Putney and other Nice spots.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

None were raised really. I have spoken with them once or twice and had a good experience.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would have picked a studio in north block and it s closer to all amenities.
