Incredible spaces, the people are so lovely from staff to fellow neighbors. I have met so many people and we spend time together during events
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No issues. lifts get fixed asap and bins get emptied weekly

I didnt know about events and it was a very pleasant thing to discover!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living here is great! The area has a good range of shops, restaurants, and bars, all of decent quality. There are plenty of open spaces to enjoy, which are well-maintained. Transport links are very convenient with buses and trains running frequently, and I haven’t noticed any major issues. My street is quiet, parking is usually available, bin collections are reliable, and there’s little to no anti-social behaviour or traffic noise.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has always been responsive and quick to resolve any issues I’ve raised, which is very reassuring.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how active and friendly the community is here—it’s a great bonus! Also, the bins can fill up quickly, so it’s worth keeping an eye on the collection schedule.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is well design with the River thames at 1 min walk, a little shop Co-op 2min walk and buses stop 5min walk. I would have love to have a parking area on site as London is quite expensive to park at. The station name Clapham junction is around 15 min walk. You got a pharmacy / NHS to 2 min walk. A restaurant, storage company, nail salon and plus around 5min walk.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They always ready to help and very understanding. I didnt really have any personal issues but when I do need them for a quick request they are always replying and efficient.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The room itself got many storages and they also got back up storage (if available) in the bike room.

So easy to book & was fixed within a day. No complaints!

A 2nd tour around moving in date would be handy as a reminder of all the facilities but not essential

The area feels relatively quiet for London which is lovely, and being right by the river is gorgeous, you can walk straight out to it and get a nice sense of open space. The nearest decent supermarket is a 10 min or so, so just get deliveries instead. There's a lime bike outside 50% of the time, and CJ station is 10 mins walk away.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Quick to resolve most things. There has been one or two small niggly maintenance issues that weren't resolved (mainly the drawers not being able to be closed)

The co-working space monitors are only 1080p, not 4k!
