They are always positive and quick to respond back.

Every thing was explained before we moved in, so for us there was nothing missing.

the rand and quality of local shops are good and convenient parking is a bit problamatic , other than that everything is fine.

the problems have been responded but more or quicker feedback is expected.

i wish i knew about bills, one for heating water , one for general water and electricity its weird.

Good: The property is located in the heart of the city center, offering excellent access to bus and train stations, making commuting quick and convenient. It's also very close to all the essential shops, so you rarely need to travel far for daily necessities. Additionally, there’s a well-maintained bike shed, so you don’t have to store your bike in the flat. The flats are also pet-friendly, which is amazing! The building management is always happy to take parcels at the concierge if we’re not home and have even installed a convenient delivery shelf, which is super helpful. Bad: There isn’t much to complain about, but the main downside is the lack of parking space, which also comes with an additional charge on top of the rent.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been very responsive, addressing even last-minute repairs promptly. They also maintain good communication, providing clear updates and notice for any visits.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was thoroughly informed about everything before moving in, and our tenancy has been smooth with no major issues encountered so far.

Living in Stevenage town center has many positives. The area has a good range of shops, including supermarkets, clothing stores, and convenience shops, making everyday needs easily accessible. There are also a variety of restaurants offering different cuisines, as well as some bars and cafes for socializing. Open spaces like Fairlands Valley Park provide great options for outdoor activities and relaxation. The transport links are convenient, with the Stevenage train station providing quick connections to London and other cities. Bus services are frequent, and the road network is well-connected, though traffic can sometimes build up during peak hours. On my street, parking availability is decent, and bin collections are reliable. There’s minimal anti-social behavior, and while there is some occasional traffic noise, it’s not overly disruptive. Overall, Stevenage is a convenient and well-connected place to live.

The building management has been responsive, addressing issues promptly and ensuring clear communication throughout the resolution process.

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how friendly and welcoming the community is, which makes settling in much easier. It’s also great to know that the property management team is very proactive in addressing any issues, ensuring a smooth living experience.
