Great area, quiet, close to loads of shops and sipermarkets, schools, restaurants and hospital all walking distance
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
All the issues are replied in timely manner, normally inside 2/ 3 days
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing to add here, the process of getting the house was pretty smooth

Transport links are good. Central london few mins away. Tube 7 mins away walking. Buses are accessible. Lots of shops 5 mins away. Parking is a bit hard. Bin is collected privately and no separate for food bins.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They were a bit slow but they sent people to fix stuff that needed fixing initially.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That if I buy more shares i would be paying more. If I knew I would have bought more shares initially than the lowest allowed

Very good location. Easy transport everywhere. All amenities you can think of are easily accessible from the property. Very quiet eventhough we are in london.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
It might take time but they help solve any problems.

Search the area and visit to see how it is. Also try and get more shares initially if tou can afford it

Area is ok, certainly the end of the Clapham/Tooting buzz, but enough here to keep entertained and well stocked. The area is quiet and family oriented. The location of the flats do make you rather overlooked if you live at the front of the building. Bin collections once a week, but within 24 hours the recycle bins are overloaded and very difficult to use. One major let down is parking, it seems that the council has refused on street parking which is very strange considering the main road outside the development is largely empty. Clarion charge an outrageous amount for a parking space so unless your property comes with one, you can only park a car in a neighbouring street with no permits. Which is a shame.

The key area of concern is Clarion. The raising of ground rent, rent and service charge is rather shocking and has put us off staying here long term. (£100 rise in service charge, £30 rise in service charge)
What is the best feature of your home:
Stunning development with excellent modern and spacious interior with fabulous balcony.

Great area to live in, with access to a lot of groceries shops(sainsburys, M&s, aldi, lidl) 2 retail parks less than 5 mins away with boots, tkmaxx, pcworld, nandos, starbucks. Quiet area without no noise, and easy acess to colliers wood station (5mins)

Nothing much to add as a negative aspect, the house have central air ventilation and air extractor, but the bathroom boost is not enought to avoid mold
