Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Moved in 2021. Disappointed right from the start. The area is plagued with undesirables - security is terrible - security guys occasionally walking around in suits doing nothing to deter cyclists, rollerbladers, ball games, gangs of youths et all. Local Sainsbury's but no M&S or Little Waitrose - tells you something? I regret buying into the development - flats are currently on the market for months with very few if any sales or even viewings - tomorrow's slum. The location is good for the city. Local Sainsbury's but nothing higher. Street can be noisy with youths and families are drawn to the location because of the water feature which is a nuisance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Problems net even acknowledge by the management company.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Too much social housing in the development drags it down. Balconies littered with washing lines, suitcases, and all sorts of rubbish. Peabody local social housing is always a bad sign.
