There are 2 clubs at the end of the street which means it can be very loud at the weekends but the location is brilliant for nearby restaurants and transport.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about the noise level from the night clubs as it still disrupts is despite us being high up and the windows being double insulated.

Very central, quite cheap for location. All amenities. Transport is great. Bars and restaurants good.

Had a few break ins - wish I’d known the crime rate

What is the best feature of your home:

The car parking is really good and central for this area

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Noise pollution from the club at the end of the street but mainly from people on the street and residents. Close to city centre bars / clubs, good transport links, no need for car.

Amount of service charge wasn’t what I thought it was.

The way it is being run: excuses made to stop planning from happening

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like the convenience of train stations and the location. Its affordable for what you get. Homeless problem.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There was a caretaker who didnt do anything which has changed now so now it is uch better, not ideal but better. The management fees are quite high

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Could have a roof garden and a pool, that would be nice

Like: Shops, transport links, my walk to work, the local gym Dislike: Minor attention to detail regarding simple things like putting the shaving point on upside down upon moving in

I wish I knew how small it was going to be for the kind of way that I live and how expensive I would find it living here
