Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's my favorite area in Manchester, as it's very closed to City center, but at same time open area with many shops around

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I never had any issues with building management. They are always friendly and helpful

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

When I moved din we didn't have contractors all around the building making so much noise.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Office manager is fantastic. Facility manager is also amazing. Property management has been awful. The apartment itself isn’t great. Lots of building upgrades needed. Not enough parking. No access by delivery to actual apartment. Due to construction they often close off the walkway which is a waste of time.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes all the time. Anything I need James is there to assist with.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That construction would be happening for a whole entire year.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very close to a lot of cafes, restaurants and bakeries, a great walk down the canal and through the marina just across the road and a bus stop right outside

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, we had our washer replaced because it was broken when we moved in but that took some time to fix

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish they told us about parcel collection or where the bin store is or anything about seeing up the intercom

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

really good location with nice takeaways near and local shops. Could have better bars/resturants in the immediate area but is in a good location

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any minor problems I have raised have been answered very fast

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how long the works would go on for. I was originally told by the start of 2024 they would be done but have since been made aware its going on well into next year
