Good, for security. But the only bad thing is a lot of roaches. And mice’s every were laundry , stairs and inside the apartments need deep .exterminator

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes management have solve the problem and help any question have ask .

The good management was great and the bad part the apartment had infestation of roaches and mice to . I’m really dessapointed about was not expecting

Yes they have but welcome pack on arrival would have been helpful.

Bars are very close. Shops are close. Restaurants are close. Everything is good and there is no better.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responded quickly to most of them. But there where some cases that I am not happy.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not that much flexibility when it comes to maintenance issues.

It’s quite convenient to shops and bars. Most of them are 5 mins away by walk. Victoria station is also in walkable distance

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes Prompt response. I have requested for mattress and bulb replacements. Building management has serviced within couple of days.

Free health & living classes are conducted regularly which is a boost for tenants.
