Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Duet is directly opposite both a tram & bus stop with great links to Manchester/other areas. It is a short walk to Media City which has a brilliant range of bars and restaurants. It is a great area to go for walks in. The area always feels safe and is perfectly quiet during the day and and night.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The staff really are brilliant and such a warm presence in the building, the communication is super simple when you have any sort of issue.

What is the best feature of your home:

The huge amounts of space/facilities available across the building for all needs

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is a tram stop right outside of the building including a bus stop that takes me to work virtually door to door. Media City is on your doorstep so there are local bars and restaurants. Its a safe and peaceful place to be. There is a small local Sainsbury's day to day things as well as white city for bigger stores that is not to far away, as well as Pure Gym and Virgin Active not too far at all. It is a great location and the Quays are beautiful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If you work remotely this is a great place to be as you don't have to be stuck in your apartment all the time but can also work downstairs. The staff are super lovely as well as the tenants.

What is the best feature of your home:

The community, management and cleanliness, I love the social events organised and the staff on reception when you walk through the front entrance. The co-working area is fantastic for me as a remote worker,

Highly Recommended for Apartment City Living

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Duet is in a fantastic location, extremely close to MediaCityUK, sandwiched between two tram stops and a few surrounding bus stops, to allow for easy public transport access. The surrounding area also consists of local bars and cafes, and as mentioned above, is situated near MediaCityUK, which itself contains the Lowry shopping centre, multiple bars and restaurants, the Lowry theatre, and the Virgin Active gym. Traffic noise is minimal, and there is the occasional bit of noise/anti social behaviour in the surrounding area, mainly people setting off fireworks and riding around on bikes and Lime scooters, but this is probably typical of city living.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have had the odd issue within the apartments during our time there, nothing major however. Duet have always been prompt on issue resolution and all issues were remedied.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

This development does come with managed WiFi through Glide. I would say 99% of the time it is extremely good, and very good value for money. However with it being managed through another company, it can be a little frustrating and tricky to resolve issues when they arise (albeit infrequently).

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great access to Media City as well as tram link located directly outside the apartment offering quick and easy access to Manchester and the rest of the Bee network. Salford Quays is a lovely area and mostly quiet and relaxed

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always promptly and efficiently - nothing but positive experiences

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I don't drive but my partner does, when she visits it can be tough to find parking in and around the area without travelling a little bit further out from the Quays - on Match days (Man Utd) this is even harder
