Duet is directly opposite both a tram & bus stop with great links to Manchester/other areas. It is a short walk to Media City which has a brilliant range of bars and restaurants. It is a great area to go for walks in. The area always feels safe and is perfectly quiet during the day and and night.

The staff really are brilliant and such a warm presence in the building, the communication is super simple when you have any sort of issue.

What is the best feature of your home:

The huge amounts of space/facilities available across the building for all needs

There is a tram stop right outside of the building including a bus stop that takes me to work virtually door to door. Media City is on your doorstep so there are local bars and restaurants. Its a safe and peaceful place to be. There is a small local Sainsbury's day to day things as well as white city for bigger stores that is not to far away, as well as Pure Gym and Virgin Active not too far at all. It is a great location and the Quays are beautiful.

If you work remotely this is a great place to be as you don't have to be stuck in your apartment all the time but can also work downstairs. The staff are super lovely as well as the tenants.

What is the best feature of your home:

The community, management and cleanliness, I love the social events organised and the staff on reception when you walk through the front entrance. The co-working area is fantastic for me as a remote worker,

We’ve lived here a year now and I can say it’s my favourite place so far that I’ve lived with my fiancé. Right on the doorstep to media city and the quays outlet/bars. Plenty of places to eat out and have a drink with friends! Very pet friendly too. Our little dog settled here immediately!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very fast to respond to any issues no matter what it is.

Nothing that I can think of! The initial viewing was very informative!

There’s only one shop nearby which is a Sainsbury’s local so very expensive and not a big enough shop to do a food shop in. Area is otherwise nice.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yeah, they sent someone out to have a look at our oven the same day. Very efficient service.

Perhaps just about the shops situation but that’s tenants’ responsibility so not a complaint :)

Duet is an excellent place to live . The communal m areas areas are fantastic . The flats are stylishly furnished . The terrace overlooking the water is wonderful . 24/7 concierge to ensure safety at all times. The tram stop is right outside with easy access to the city . There are restaurants and cafes a short walk away and also the Lowry Gallery and theatre. Also convenience store within a short walk .

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes . Issue with bathroom was dealt with quickly. Maintenance personnel attended .
