Our landlord he's service could definitely be a lot better.

Green close to every where, good transport links, dlr, quite most of the time and safe with a bit of hassle sometimes

That there’s a walkthrough area at the development courtyard, which can get busy and crowded

What is the best feature of your home:

The area of the apartment, right next to transport links.

Sister lives here so it’s good - there community, DLR and the other transport options are really good. The parks are also very good for spare time and weekends.

Nothing to have known as I am living with my sister and she knew everything before hand.

Would change the design to make more space and maybe add more lighter inside.

Neighbours are lovely which brings a sense of community Nothing to not like about the area, it ticks all my boxes and couldn’t ask for much more.

Nothing - did an exchange with sister and she loved the area.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The proximities to work are valuable to me, and the town centre being so near by is also great. The cons of the area are an unfortunate amount of anti social behaviour and the littering that occurs.

The levels of crime can be off putting to some but there is a neighbourhood watch system in the area.

What is the best feature of your home:

Again, the closeness of Greenwhich DLR for work and everything else.
