The perfect location. The city centre is a 15 minute walk, during which you'll pass the coach station and New Street train station. A plethora of bars and clubs are only 5 minutes away but for all the fun and convenience that the location offers, it also proves the most important factor; a safe environment.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes. I had an issue with my washing machine which was fixed within 2 days.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known that there is the rooftop terrace.

Great access to local amenities, the apartment is quiet and is so peaceful. Close to the city centre and transport links!

Very friendly and responsive. Always seem happy to help and support with all queries.

Great area a short distance away from the city centre and the M6 if you need to travel often like myself

In a timely manor with options to fix issues and make repairs where needed

Great access to lots of shopping, close to city centre. Not much guaranteed street parking which can be a problem if you have guests around. But despite being a main road it’s very quiet and peaceful

Any questions i’ve had have been answered promptly and always been very helpful

That there is no guest parking but it’s not a huge problem
