The perfect location. The city centre is a 15 minute walk, during which you'll pass the coach station and New Street train station. A plethora of bars and clubs are only 5 minutes away but for all the fun and convenience that the location offers, it also proves the most important factor; a safe environment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. I had an issue with my washing machine which was fixed within 2 days.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that there is the rooftop terrace.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great access to lots of shopping, close to city centre. Not much guaranteed street parking which can be a problem if you have guests around. But despite being a main road it’s very quiet and peaceful

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any questions i’ve had have been answered promptly and always been very helpful

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That there is no guest parking but it’s not a huge problem

Fun and vibrant area, easy access to local shops and amenities, restaurants, public transport and nightlife.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very helpful, all my questions were answered very swiftly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I can book a meeting room! Would be helpful to understand how to use all the doors.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Hairpin House is a fantastic location! Only a five minute walk from the coach station and around 10 minutes to get into the city centre. It’s the perfect location now I don’t have a car and will be even better once the tram stop is finished right outside!.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When I first moved in the maintenance team came within 10 minutes to talk me through how to use my heating and washing machine which really helped me get settled.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There are two entrances/exits which are super helpful if your apartment isn’t located by the main reception lifts.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The street itself tends to be dirty but overall Digbeth is a good area. For it being the city centre there's not much traffic

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All my questions have always been answered and my issues have always been resolved nice and speedy.

Nothing to mention here, everything is straight forward.
