I dont think it could be more convenient! We have shops and cafes - its so central we have the buses and trams - theres really nothing to complain about - its such a buzzy neighour hood!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded straight away and also a nice add on is that they check that I am satisfied afterwards.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would have liked to have known that I couldn't have a key for guests so it felt like a home.

Amazing. We have several mini supermarkets and so many places to eat and drink. Very quiet! We can hear a bit of noise at weekends but nothing crazy! Super quiet in the week!

Super rapid response, always felt so incredibly supported!

I honestly can’t think of anything to raise, I don’t feel in the dark about anything!

Great location in the centre of Ancoats. Lots of local bars and restaurants. Central to the city centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes - our dishwasher broke and Maia did everything she could to help speed the process along and rectify the issue

Everything was covered so well I can’t think of anything!

Easy access to both the city centre and the motorways which is great for both me and my partner - I drive and he commutes by train. Great selection of shops nearby that cover everything you could need, and if not it's a 15 minute walk to the Bullring!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly, compassionately and effectively. Never feels like we've been brushed aside.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That there's a second entryway closer to our flat - would have made it a lot easier for lugging furniture on move in!
