The place is very close to the city center. There is a tiny store just 2 mnts away if you need anything in the middle of the store. The location is perfect because it does not take in the loud noise from the street.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have not yet any problem but if I do I will contact them immediately

The bathroom I have does not really have a cupboard or storage place for stuff.

Very convenient location to walk into the city centre or the docks which are both only 10-15 minutes away. Only 5 minute walk from Moorfield's station and 15 from Lime Street making it easy to travel outside of the city centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responses are timely and helpful. There was a problem with the door handle on my shower and this was fixed quickly.

They have several events for residents to meet each other, which creates a nice community.

Very good location close to Liverpool city centre with moorfields railway station a 5 minute walk away

Quickly and efficiently. Any issues have been responded to within 24-48 hours

Parking garage door is quite tight to swing a large car into

Not many amenities in the area, need to take buses to tube station. Bus stops frequently closed due to building issues.

They have answered some emails but not all of them.

I wish I knew about the heating and hot water situation, and the building works.

Very quiet, safe and nice area, little to no traffic. Very close to city centre and loads of shops around within 5 min walking distance

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, very quick response times, less than 24 hours
