Moved in July 2024. Maintenance is amazing, reception is so kind and security is so good! Rent is perfect for the location. Never loud.

Lots of great bars and resteraunt within a 10 minute walk of the building. Lots of little shops to grab small food bits

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We lost our hot water and the maintenance person arrived within an hour to help fix this

None - everything was very clear and transparent with us

Living in my local area offers many great aspects, but there are also some challenges. The range and quality of local shops, restaurants, and bars are excellent, with plenty of options for dining and shopping. The open spaces are well-maintained, providing nice areas for relaxation and outdoor activities. Transport links are convenient, with good bus and train connections, though traffic congestion can sometimes be an issue during peak hours. Living on my street is generally pleasant, with friendly neighbors and a safe environment. Parking availability can be tight, especially in the evenings, but it’s manageable. Bin collections are regular and reliable, keeping the area clean. Occasionally, there is some traffic noise, but it’s not excessive. Anti-social behavior is rare, making it a comfortable place to live overall. The area is vibrant and well-connected, offering a great balance of amenities and tranquility.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Excellent management! Quick, professional responses to all issues raised. Highly satisfied

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Living here has been fantastic! The building team goes above and beyond – when my AC had a minor issue, they had it fixed within hours! Resident parking is always available with convenient assigned spots. The hidden gem? Our amazing concierge team who can recommend everything from the fastest grocery delivery to the best dry cleaner in town. It's these little extras that make this place feel like home Key Highlights: Instant maintenance response(real example!) Guaranteed resident parking(no stress!) 5-star concierge service (personal touch!)

Very near the city centre and school, I like how convenient it is to just pop down to Tesco in the middle of the night for a snack and head over to brewdog on Sundays for the half off discount

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

In general I haven't had any problems yet, but I believe based on my experience with interacting with management staff that they will be very on the ball when it comes to solving any issues raised

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didn't realise there was a roof terrace before I moved in which would've absolutely been a bonus when I was deciding whether to move in, also love the green courtyard near the bin storage, very neat rustic design with the plants and metal ornaments around
