Nothing to be honest , everything in my experience went fast and smooth

Great access to lots of shopping, close to city centre. Not much guaranteed street parking which can be a problem if you have guests around. But despite being a main road it’s very quiet and peaceful

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any questions i’ve had have been answered promptly and always been very helpful

That there is no guest parking but it’s not a huge problem

Fun and vibrant area, easy access to local shops and amenities, restaurants, public transport and nightlife.

Very helpful, all my questions were answered very swiftly.

I can book a meeting room! Would be helpful to understand how to use all the doors.

The good is, is crime frem so far, hopefully it continues. The bad is, we have no parking space, hopefully it will be provided in the future

I can say the are good listeners, they give you attention and try as much as the can to solve you problems.

Parking space, it is really needed , I have a lot of neighbours who have car without a parking space

No parking available. Refuse area is often full. The locations is great though, lots of trendy cafes and restaurants around.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they are relatively quick with issues raised, but can be clueless with questions.

The delay in new block - we were supposed to move into the new building but it’s been delayed for 4 months
