Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
For me living close to friends and family is a huge benefit and this development is minutes from train/tram is great. Parking around the area can be busy but never any issues
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Only a short viewing and only when development was nearly completed. This was mainly due to Covid and the restrictions at the time
Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:
Parking for more than one vehicle would be nice but happy with the parking and it chosen a different property on the development that would of been ok

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area really isn't the best. The main advantage being the close transport links to Manchester via train/tram/motorway. Otherwise, the area is unclean with frequent fly tipping leading to rats running around the area. Constant noise of car engines and fireworks often set off at 3 in the morning.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
All minor issues we have raised have been resolved quickly and effectively so I absolutely can't fault this.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The local area isn't the best. The end of the street is used for fly tipping and cars are driven dangerously and noisily throughout the day and night.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There is plenty of shops and takeaways in the area. The transport links are good for the train and metrolink, however I have to use the bus and the stop is around 10 minutes walking distance and there is no closer developments to the bus interchange. The traffic can be noisy sometimes as a lot of people race up and down the street, parking isn't ideal especially with the local mosque only being a minutes walk.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how hard it is to renew a contract, we wanted to renew for another year but have been told due to management changes they are only going us 3 months before reviewing again and it doesn't give you a good sense of security in your home.
What is the best feature of your home:
The best feature in our home is the skylights in our kitchen as it really lightens the room up.
