Convenient location, not far from town. It will be great once there is a bus route going through the development. Well placed for access to motorways etc, but also close to beautiful countryside

Join the WhatsApp group! It’s great for sharing information etc within the community
What is the best feature of your home:
The garden! We love the curved wall and the ‘secret’ bit of the garden, we get such pleasure from sitting in the ‘pod’ enjoying the view!

Parking at the entrance is an issue, this is from people not living on the development. Yellow lines would be good. Also the amount of people that park on the road not on their drives.

Entrance parking is a pain and can be dangerous because of non residents using it as a car park

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It's a great location for accessibility to shops, we have a big Morrisons, Aldi and Lidl all within a 5 minute drive. Also a local Morrisons, Co-op and Spar walkable. All the shops in the town such as card factory, boots opticians, halfords, Pets at Home and B&M are also 5 minutes driving so we have so much availability. That is the biggest positive I'd say. Parking on our road is fine, most people use their drives. Can't hear any traffic noise too, it's pretty quiet sitting in your garden. Outside of our estate I'd say it's a bit close to less desirable parts of Coalville and we have seen police cars and some anti social behaviour a little like at the park.

The recycling bags in NW Leics are a bit of a pain!
What is the best feature of your home:
Extra details, hand rail along stairs, lovely tiles, flooring included, decorative bricks on outside. A bit more effort from Davidsons than other new builds.

Good location for local shops and restaurants in town centre around a 20 minute walk. Only bad aspect is cars from off estate parking on estate road blocking the main junction.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I had issues with obtaining the gas meter details which meant I missed out on a low fixed deal which cost me hundreds of pounds on higher tariff charges.
What is the best feature of your home:
I like the external brickwork features and the double height space in the hallway/landing.
