It's great living right next to a Tesco and with a dog, right by ponderosa park too. Traffic noise can be load on school days and during the holidays though. Easy to travel from with bus, tram and simple walking routes into town.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, a few issues that have been resolved very quickly via email

How hot and uncomfortable it can get in the summer and general heat

In my area near to home tesco is available which is very helpful to buy daily using products as well as cooking items

When any complaints raised we are normally contacted through the mail service and they will reply within few days

public transport are available near to my apartments including tram

Traffic noise is a significant problem, particularly during rush hours. Anti-social behavior is rare, but when it occurs, it can be disturbing. Overall, despite some drawbacks, the area is a pleasant place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been generally responsive and effective in addressing issues. For example, when we needed to replace the washing machine, their response was prompt and efficient, resolving the problem quickly. Overall, they handle resident concerns professionally and ensure timely solutions.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is that the storage space for the washing machine is quite small, making it difficult to maneuver. The door to this area cannot be fully opened, which can be inconvenient when loading and unloading laundry.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

A very convenient location for tram stop, walk to universities and city centre (30min), close to shops. Previously, the estate's access to cars was behind a gate -- no more. There a thefts of parcels.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been resolved. For the price we pay, I had no concern issues would be solved eventually.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Electricity meter access is not available to residents. This caused major issues for my contract with the energy supplier long-term. Parcels have been stolen and has taken managment 2+ years to address.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I really love this area as it is easily accessible to buses and trams that gets to anywhere you’re going to especially the Tesco shop that’s just opposite the building

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond to every query sent to me. It just takes time in getting a response back from e.g in three weeks.

I think there was nothing honestly. They responded to all my queries before moving in. My advice to anyone moving into this building is to always ask as much questions as possible. They may take time in responding but you will definitely get a reply.
