Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Shops, coffee, bars and clubs are within 10 minutes which I love here! There is no noise in the flat due to the amazing voice soundproofing! Buses, trains are within 15 mins walk, perfect location!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had some issues in the beginning when I moved in due to I am the first renter of this particular flat but everyone was really helpful and got solved in no time. They are always happy to help!

The cinema and dining room rent a bit too pricy for me

Perfect location and still quiet Close to train station. Shops nearby. Supermarket 5 mins away. My work is close too

Quick working and friendly maintenance team. Staff always on location to help

Everything was clear when I moved in No complaints

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is quite nice, it is central and close to Sauchiehall street with shops and other useful things close and bus stops there. however there is construction across the road and next door, there is construction pretty much everywhere around the building and there are very steep hills around the area. The bin collection has been repeatedly missed leaving the recycling bins unable to be used for a lot of the time and there are no food waste bins.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not great, they have been dismissive and at times slightly hostile and haven't done much to fix my problems

there are not people at the desk for much of the day and can take time to respond through the app

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

One aspect I am concerned about it Carbon Monoxide levels( not related to Moda) in Glasgow due to cars with high carbon emission.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have had an issue with your bathroom which was responded to immediately.

Have a good look around the building to ensure you know which apartments reflect the outlook you wish.

Very convenient location, easy to get to most transport links. Close to city center and shops nearby

Quick to help and try sort out any issues as quickly as possible

Cupboard space is very limited. Apartment fitted with good quality items and appliances
