Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is packed with shops, supermarkets and bars. The Hove Park is also super close, and there are plenty of bus stops around that help to move around the city.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Fast and always sending the right person. Whenever I had to contact management, they message me back quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew before that we had so many supermarkets close to the house. On the other hand, having workers all day is a bit of a nuisance, however I understand that it won't last for long.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

So far so good! We don’t drive so we can’t comment on parking, but train station is within walking distance and there’s a bus stop just outside. Plenty of shops in the area and good availability area for deliveries in general.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So far they have been welcoming and very helpful!!

The appliances are far better quality than what you would expect from a development like this!

I do not have anything bad to about my flat and the whole development!! It has everything I could possibly need

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I’ve seen mainly Ella for management but also a few other members of this whole area and they have all been very helpful

The help I received was very good. As I’ve mentioned Ella essentially has been fantastic

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is lovely! It’s a little out the way but transport links make up for it! There’s shops within walking distance and the area is lovely and scenic

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have not had any maintenance issues yet. All the equipment is new.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had checked if parking was an additional charge beforehand. It is and is quite expensive.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are a good amount and range of shops nearby, though they can be a bit tricky to get to on foot currently due to the construction going on. Not the best for things like nearby cafe's but excellent links to the rest of the city being a 10 min walk away from hove station and right next to multiple bus stops.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have yet to experience any problems or issues, though we have only been here for just over a week now.

That the walk to Lidl is longer than you think it is!
