The area is packed with shops, supermarkets and bars. The Hove Park is also super close, and there are plenty of bus stops around that help to move around the city.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Fast and always sending the right person. Whenever I had to contact management, they message me back quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew before that we had so many supermarkets close to the house. On the other hand, having workers all day is a bit of a nuisance, however I understand that it won't last for long.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is a great range of shops and restaurants walking distance but also excellent transport links with buses and Hove train Station nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Promptly and effectively although we did not have many issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had taken into consideration the noise coming from the building site as when we moved in it was still in full swing.

We had an amazing experience moving into our new home at Moda Central in Hove. The team could not have been more helpful in getting us into our new home. They were incredibly efficient, speedy and helped with various requests we had with no fuss whatsoever! It's been a pleasure dealing with everyone and it has a great community feeling to the development.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I've been very impressed at how quick any issues that have been raised have been immediately resolved.

There isn't much I can add! It's been a wonderful experience from start to finish!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

So far so good! We don’t drive so we can’t comment on parking, but train station is within walking distance and there’s a bus stop just outside. Plenty of shops in the area and good availability area for deliveries in general.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So far they have been welcoming and very helpful!!

The appliances are far better quality than what you would expect from a development like this!

I do not have anything bad to about my flat and the whole development!! It has everything I could possibly need

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I’ve seen mainly Ella for management but also a few other members of this whole area and they have all been very helpful

The help I received was very good. As I’ve mentioned Ella essentially has been fantastic
