Living in this area is very enjoyable, thanks to the excellent transport links. Hove Station is just a 2-minute walk away, and it's only a 10-minute bus ride to Brighton Station. The local shops are diverse, offering a wide range of options. There are also many good restaurants and bars to enjoy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has responded to any problems or issues I have raised quickly and effectively, ensuring that everything is resolved in a timely manner. Also, the management team communicates effectively among themselves, so there is no need to report an issue or problem more than once.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had moved here sooner :) The onsite team organizes events for residents, which is a great way to socialize. The only thing missing is a gym to make it perfect in my eyes.

There’s a lot of pubs and places to go food shopping. It’s great for public transport if travelling around for work/trips.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are always so fast to help and usually resolve any issues as soon as possible.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only thing we were told is that there would be a gym on site but there isn’t one but other than that nothing!

Really great area with a good community vibe. Lots of access to good shopping / restaurants etc. and a bonus being right beside the station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responded really well but the door issues were keep having is clearly a small fix for a big contractor and not worth their while.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Extra cost for parking and fact we can't apply for local parking as it's a car free development.

Amazing location, close to station but also only 10 mins to beach, 5 mins to Hove park, lots of shops close by, love it here

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues have been dealt with quickly, Yannis is always super helpful and keen to get problems fixed for you

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would be good to know when the other facilities in the spaces on ground floor will open, cafe, gym, etc, and would be good to get an update on that
