Living in this area is very enjoyable, thanks to the excellent transport links. Hove Station is just a 2-minute walk away, and it's only a 10-minute bus ride to Brighton Station. The local shops are diverse, offering a wide range of options. There are also many good restaurants and bars to enjoy.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has responded to any problems or issues I have raised quickly and effectively, ensuring that everything is resolved in a timely manner. Also, the management team communicates effectively among themselves, so there is no need to report an issue or problem more than once.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had moved here sooner :) The onsite team organizes events for residents, which is a great way to socialize. The only thing missing is a gym to make it perfect in my eyes.

Location is fab! Very very close to the station and all local amenities but my flat is super quiet !

Yes they have been great at helping and responding

It’s really convenient its 2 minute away from bus and train station as well as tesco. Everything ois 10/10
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes they immediately helped me especially Daniel and Becky. They were really helpful, kind and friendly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Travel incentive only being once. I didn’t know if the person who lived before used the travel incentive and the next person won’t be able to use it.

My queries to Mike have always been responded to quickly and thoroughly and with an understanding and friendly approach

It’s been an absolute bonus how lovely the community of the building has been and how much of a difference this makes to feeling comfortable and safe in the property

Great location near Hove Station connection for trains and buses, as well as Hove centre. The area is quiet and convenient for transport.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yiannis is very helpful in sorting out the problems always friendly and dedicated to assisting us. The whole team always tries their best to help with anything needed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Homebox bills set up was problematic as overpaid significantly for months without being able to access accurat usage bills. Despite this, we still love the flat and overall building and would recommend living here.
