Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very limited shops other than a few takeaways, a lot of Asian stores but crowded with limited parking. Having a Tesco under the building is great

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very strongly, whenever there is an issue with things like heating/plumbing/broken furniture etc they are quick to replace

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is some antisocial behaviour nearby as lots of council estates

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is great, with lots of accessible shops especially for Muslims as most things around are halal

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any time we have had issues, they have been swiftly resolved by Savills

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The lack of parking and the fact that you can’t even rent it out from existing landlords

Mixed Bag: Connectivity Wins, Facilities Disappoint

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We are reasonably well connected with District and Hammersmith & City lines a 10 minute walk away and a DLR station a little closer; within a couple of stops these connect to many more lines. The street is fine, it is not particularly noisy even though it is a relatively busy road on one side, however, on-street parking is a nightmare and by living in this building we agreed to not apply for an on-street parking permit either.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They first seem to assume the problem is caused by the resident and so approach the situation with a non-helpful attitude.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would have been great to have a clearer explanation about who owns which facilities or parts of utilities in the property, and who has responsibility over each part.

Building management seems good

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Nice coffee shop opposite and a Tesco close by which is convenient. A chemist, vet and post office are also near too. Parking can be difficult and noise from the road is loud

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have a current query open and they were quick to arrange someone to come around to look. The issue is still active so cannot comment fully yet

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The price of buying a parking space! Also we can hear our neighbour’s baby crying in the night, so the walls are quite thin

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

No traffic noise. Close to DLR and Tube. Strategic position between Stratford and Canary wharf. Lots of schools around

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The landlord was always responsive to my questions.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I am very happy with the building management. I wish to have moved earlier
