A bit of a distance to tube stations, a couple bus stop close by which is good, nice quiet area though

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick responses and lovely people, haven’t had many issues just questions when moving in

Make sure the location is good for what you need and that the pricing is good

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Brentford, especially the high street, has a good selection of local shops, restaurants, and bars, offering a nice variety of options without having to go far. There are also some lovely open spaces nearby, including Syon Park, which is perfect for a walk or some fresh air. Transport links are pretty convenient, with Syon Lane Station just a 5-minute walk away, offering direct trains to Waterloo in about 30 minutes. The Piccadilly line and Gunnersbury station are also accessible, though slightly further away. One downside is that public transport can be a bit busy during rush hours. Living where we do, off street in a private compound has been fairly peaceful. Parking is excellent with a dedicated underground parking bay and off-road parking. Bin collections are also regular, though rats have been seen frequently during the day time. We've had no major issues with anti-social behaviour, other than a few neighbours smoking weed regularly. Overall, it's a quiet and comfortable place to live and there's almost no traffic noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, Tulli and his team are great. They've resolved all of our teething issues upon moving in and jobs are carried out quickly and cleanly, often within the next 24 hours.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would have been helpful to be informed that the electricity provider is fixed before we moved in.
