Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This apartment building is in a very peaceful area yet 5-7minute walk from town centre. With all the local shops and restaurants around. Easy accessibility and each apartment has its own allocated parking. Carr park bank which is a beautiful park is at the front and river at the backside of the buidling adding more value to location of these apartments. These are newly built apartments with all the facilities including dishwasher, refrigrater, washing machine etc. Its a very quite place and I love hearing the sound of running water with my open windows in the river at the back and birds chirping every morning. Its so calming and refreshing. There is a designated bin area with bins and a security code so you dont have to worry about your garbage you can go anytime and put it in the bins which would be collected on specific days by the council. This apartment building is also a very secure place with a security door for the enterance with a code only provided to the residents. All the residents are mature and responsible people never heard any noise and very social.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, I had a problem with my bathroom floor and it was sorted. It took a while however, they sent the best team and its a new bathrokm now. They respond quickly to any query oe concern.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was in desparate need for the place and location was so amazing for this place additionally newly built apartments with everything bright and shiny that I did not notice there was no place for storage. Yet its a decent sized one bed apartment and I love it.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

For the location it is great. It’s in the Centre of Mansfield with a lot of shops close. It has secure bins storage and bins are taken on weekly basis. It’s close to train/ bus station and it has a large park opposite where people can walk their dogs, walk or spent their time outside.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have not had any issues so far but I never struggled to contact them with anything else.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I have been given all important informations prior to moving in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close to the town centre, transport links good as bus stop outside should you need it and walking distance to the town for more bus and train links, parking is ok - depending on what time you arrive home.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

My landlord has chased the issues up. Yet to hear a reply.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No complaints regarding my landlord. The communal areas need some TLC as it isn’t very appealing when you arrive at the building.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I find these apartments very good for all the bars and shops in the town centre as its only about 200 metres from the centre of town, you get your own parking space but can be hard for visitors as no visitor parking .there is a nice big park just over the road which is nice in the summer

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Had a few problems with the parking company that do the parking, but got resolved in the end 7

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Would be good if there were a few more visitors parking as there's only one spot for the whole 3 blocks

A lovely place to live

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent for shops close by, train station easy walking distance, parking availability on street is poor due to restrictions. This is a resident parking only and sometimes other cars are in my space. This is due to poor signage, I have asked several times to the management team to make clearer signs and nothing has been done. There were issues of anti social behaviour from other residents and guests, this has been resolved by the management team.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had a plumbing issue and it was sorted the same day. I was so pleased. As I have mentioned there needs to be clear blue standard parking signs and road pain tsaying residents only parking. I have asked several times and nothing has been done.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I have been here 2 years and there have been 2 price increases on the rent. I started paying £595 a month and now the rent is £660. It would have been nice to know that it’s possible the rent may increase every year.
