Local amenities, shops, restaurants, park and underground tube station all at a walking distance of 3-5 mins.

There is nothing to change but I would recommend to provide more storage capacity in the flat.

Noisy outside sometimes, good transport connections

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Front door problem was fixed quite quickly and that was the only issue i have had.

Nothing that i can think of but i have only been here 3 months.

Good Security, close to the train station and bus links

I would have prefered to rent the property through the Landlord and not via the agency.

Proper vents in the actual halls would be much better for fresh air.

Park is my favourite part about living here. Sometimes there is noise on the alley way.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responsive for some issues in the communal areas, but have to deal with a lot of things independently.

Rise of service charge, including cleaning fees etc.

I like that the park and station are nearby, But i am bothered by the litter on the side road.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responsive to all issues whenever i call the agency.

The side street at the other entrance is poorly lit and there is a lot of rubbish.
