It a beautiful landmark and so close to Canary Wharf. It has the best views and the best places to visit.

The issue with the parking as we was not prepared for first come first serve.

The good aspects of living at Island Point is that there are very local shops and spaces, for example there is a local: Asda, restaurant, library, public park…. Living here is good there are bin rooms local train and bus stops.

I’m not sure i knew about this council flat and it is good.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are food shops nearby to purchase groceries as well as takeout. There’s also a large Asda 15 minutes away so everything you need to get is available nearby. The streets are quiet which is peaceful.

Shops are nearby (including local shops and supermarkets). All forms of transport are readily available. Good restaurants aren't close.

Exceptional security as there are two doors and CCTV present at the front of the house.

I love living near by here, loads of easy local shops around me very convinent. Loads of friendly neighbors around me
